The national tobacco production of year 2022 is estimated reach 262,073 tons with the plant area of about 200 thousand hectares. It is increased 11% compared than year 2021 with total production 236,090 tons.

FCV Lombok:
The production of tobacco in year 2022 increase 8% compare than last year. The tobacco production in NTB (Lombok) is estimated reach 58,336 tons in year 2022.
FCV Bojonegoro:
This year, the planted area of tobacco in Bojonegoro reaches 11,200 hectares, consist of Virginia Tobacco (9,200 ha) and Java Tobacco (2,000 ha). And the estimation production for year 2022 reach 14, 320 tons consist of Virginia tobacco and local (Jawa).
Jatim, Madura, Kasturi:
The production of Jatim tobacco in year 2022 is estimated about 128.971 tons. It is increased 17 % from the year 2021 with total production 109,792 tons.
These number include the production from Jatim VO, Kasturi, Rajangan, Paiton, and Madura, Krosok, and Ploso.
Pamekasan is the largest tobacco production center in East Java. The total planted area of tobacco will reach 24,575 hectares. The next tobacco centers in East Java are Probolinggo with plant area of 16,128 hectares planted, and Jember 13,026 hectares. The total area of East Java’s tobacco planting reaches 111,884 hectares.
Boyolali, Klaten & Other Central Java origin Tobacco:
Tobacco crop in Central Java in year 2022 reach 58,082 tons. It is not much different compared with the production in year 2021 which reach 57.645 tons.
These include DFC, Rajangan Temanggung, Janturan, etc.
Besuki Cigar Leaf:
Production of Besuki Nota this year is about 1500 tons, while Besuki Na Oogst approximately 2,000 tons. The quality of the NOTA of this year is more or less not so far different with last year.
